I believe every leader needs more than just information, they need clarity, character formation, spiritual alignment, and tools they can use right away.

Leadership begins with the heart, flows through character, and expresses itself through systems, strategy, and Spirit-led decision-making.

MKISA was created to help leaders grow in all three.

My Story & Calling

For more than forty years, my heart and assignment have remained the same: to build strong leaders, strengthen ministries, and renew faith in the body of Christ.

I have spent my life serving the local church, preaching, teaching, mentoring, and walking alongside pastors, families, and leaders through every season of ministry.

Through moments of growth, seasons of rebuilding, and even personal valleys, the Lord continued to remind me that His Word must guide everything we do.

My calling has always been about people: helping them rise, recover, grow, and walk in biblical clarity. After decades of pastoral ministry, leadership mentoring, and teaching, I recognized the need for a leadership model that integrates scripture with practical development. That vision became MKISA: Ministry, Kingdom, Integrity, Servanthood, and Accountability.

This conviction is what birthed MKISA Consulting.

Professional Background

  • I am a pastor, mentor, and leadership developer with over 40 years of ministry experience.
    Over the years, I have served churches, mentored pastors, trained emerging leaders, strengthened families, and supported ministries through seasons of transition, conflict, and growth.
